About My Story

The events that took place over a number of years in this story need to be heard. I wrote this book to help others conquer their fears and the pain caused by Family Court in the form of Parental Alienation. In telling this story, the reader should be aware of the depravity that dwells behind the closed doors within the Family Courtroom. Bias, collusion and perjury link themselves like a chain that is weighted down by an anchor known as corruption. Surviving the Family Court system requires all resources and abilities.

There may come a time when going Pro Se is your only choice to fight not only for yourself, but for your family. The decision to go this route usually happens when you become financially drained. At the Pro Se level, you are on your own; no one to catch you or comfort you when opposing counsel demeans you in a courtroom in front of everyone. The judge sits back and says nothing. Radio silence. But a show of confidence will keep you grounded as you stand firm and display all the lies and deception to the judge. As a Pro Se goes along, you begin to learn from the opponents, their documents and judge’s orders. These will be the guides to help prove success even when you think you are failing. Failing will happen, but there will be small successes and then major victories...

Pushing forward with perseverance, never stopping and never giving up, is the linchpin of success through such trials. You may think you are not winning or are ever going to win but in the end success comes in many forms. Patience and waiting are key while  handlIng your emotions and stress level is crucial to a stable mindset. 

Publisher and Author signed the contract with a Canadian Producer for film/TV rights to the book, Dismantling Family Court Corruption. This film will be a help for all struggling through this corrupt Family Court system as well as bring change to the face of the Family Court itself.  Now all will see what actually goes on behind the closed doors of a biased courtroom and how parents and their children are treated......
